Lucknow, 28 May : Arnav Pandey, a talented Class VI student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II won a gold medal and a bronze medal in State level Karate Championship bringing laurels to the institution. This championship was organized under the aegis of World Modern Shotokan Karate Federation at Chowk Stadium, Lucknow. In this championship, Arnav bagged a gold medal in Kata fight and a Bronze medal in Kumite fight displaying his outstanding sports ability. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi expressed happiness on this achievement of CMS student and wished him a bright future ahead. Mr Sharma informed that selected participants of various schools from across the state of Uttar Pradesh showcased their karate skills in this Championship, wherein, amidst tough competition, this CMS student displayed tremendous stamina and skills and earned two medals including a gold and a bronze.
