Lucknow, 1 September : The third day of ‘Confluence-2023’, a 4-day International World Unity and World Peace Festival organized by City Montessori School, Indira Nagar Campus was wonderful as the participating students of Nepal, Sri Lanka and various states of India spread the message of unity and peace across the globe. These participants exhibited their creative ideas through a series of interesting and informative competitions creating a confluence of universal values of unity, peace and harmony. It may be mentioned that the 4-day ‘Confluence-2023’ is being organized from 30 August to 2 September at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium in which around 500 students of various countries are participating.
The competitions began with the final round of the World Parliament (Paper Presentation) Contest wherein 38 participants of India and abroad beautifully dressed as representatives of different countries presented several burning issues and its solutions. The competition was based on the theme ‘Inclusion of Sustainable Development goals in the local sphere’ wherein the participating students presented their papers, highlighting the regional and global issues and their solutions. Similarly, At a Glance (Collage Making) competition was also very interesting and informative wherein participants from India and abroad took part very enthusiastically. They made attractive collages on the topic ‘What kind of a world would you like to see for yourself in 2050’. Overall, 47 teams of junior category participated in this contest and showcased their amazing talents and creativity.
